About Richard Levon

I am an experienced project manager, mechanic and technician. I am self-motivated, organized and detail oriented, driven by delivering on time results utilizing minimal resources. Many times in my professional military career "OJT"(On the Job Training) was the only way forward, with failure measured in loss of national asset(s), impacted global time line(s), or worst case, loss of American lives. I have demonstrated an ability to creatively manage available resources, learn and adapt to new information rapidly, and leverage teams to meet rapidly changing constraints in real time. Military experience can be both very fractured and very focused concurrently. I have senior level experience as a technician and operator in electronics, and mechanics. I have supervisory level experience in preventative/corrective maintenance planning, implementation and execution. I have management experience in Project Management, specializing in asset/service acquisition, logistics and large volume inventory control. I am able to transition rapidly between production and support roles to support the team, and to drive a project’s timeline.
