I am a passionate Service Delivery & Development Professional, with a focus on process management and improvement, which has enabled me to be a part of significant business transformations with many international colleagues. These projects and roles have assisted me to utilise and develop my knowledge base in the following areas: • Process - Design, Analysis and Improvement • Change Management • 6 Sigma (Black Belt) in DMAIC & CPS • Continuous Improvement and KPI's Definition, Measurement and Analysis • Service Capacity & Development. My recent history has seen me fulfilling the role of Service Development Manager in a major earth moving equipment manufacturer dealership, based in the UK and more latterly implementing these and other skill sets as a front-line Customer facing Service Manager with an equipment dealership in Southern England. My current role allows me to play a part in helping clients embrace and deploy the tangible benefits of process adherence, whilst retaining the flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs at the same time as maintaining and developing critical revenue streams.
