As someone with over 30 years of IT experience, with the past 20+ years being focused on Technical Project Management and Solutions Consultancy, I believe that I have a unique blend of technical and management skills that enable me to engage equally with both business stakeholders and technical teams. I enjoy the challenge management brings and take pride in being able to work within dynamic results driven teams. I have developed a cross functional and holistic approach to solving business problems, preferring to let the specifics of the business problem drive towards the solution rather than adopting a one size fits all mindset. This flexibility has allowed me to deliver real results to both global and small-to-medium sized businesses. I truly enjoy identifying the business problem statements and formulating strategies to resolve them. I particularly enjoy bringing innovative ideas and concepts to the table and applying them to the business needs at hand.
