Everything that I've done up to this point has lead me to the great fitting position that I am in today. Two Industries have always called out to me; Sales, and the Restaurant Industry. I have deep rooted skills in both. My recent roll with Rushable, and my current roll with Uncode is allowing me to utilize the knowledge I have from both fields of interest. Helping small businesses build a strong online presence has so far been an honor, and rewarding in multiple aspects. In the beginning of the 2020 Covid Pandemic, I made the decision to follow my passion for food, rather than chasing the money. So I put all my efforts into starting my life over, and learning traditional Japanese cuisine. The time I spent under apprenticeship with Chef Yuki Hirabayashi was very rewarding, However, after the birth of my first daughter Aryana (July 30, 2023), I decided to get back into a sales position that would allow me to spend quality time with my family. I have no doubt in my mind, that I will find my way back into the kitchen again.
