I bridge the gap between business and technology and am able to converse fluently between IT, manufacturing, back office and supply management domains. I am most frequently called upon when coordination between functions and teams is required to deliver an outcome, especially when a process needs to be enabled by technology. I'm a creative lateral thinker and problem solver, and love getting stuck in to make things work. I'm also a pragmatist, and prefer the outcome to be achieved rather than meet some imagined ideal. I'm never happier than when working on a problem; whether that is deep in code, new processes, or working through an operating model.
