I am a well-qualified and experienced Safety Adviser having worked on varying projects across WA in Iron Ore and Oil & Gas. Including but not limited to Chevron, BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto & Roy Hill sites. I work well under pressure, having worked to tight project deadlines and managing teams of multi-discipline staff. I have developed my skills and continue to motivate staff through performance management. When problematic situations occur, I have demonstrated that I am able to solve them both efficiently and swiftly, ensuring that procedures are followed and adhered to and that any incidents are reported back to the client within the correct time frame. I have a clear understanding of HSE legislation and compliance requirements and strive to work to best practices within my chosen industry; I have a keen eye for health & safety and a very pro-active approach. Experienced Health Safety Adviser with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry. Skilled in HSE Management Systems, HSE auditing, Operations Management, Workplace Safety, and Team Building. I have worked on the largest CO2 injection project in Oil and Gas in the world, over seeing the HSE team and sharing our knowledge to our work forces helping to reduces injuries and incidents throughout this project successfully.
