As a Lead Quality Control Assistant Manager at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC, I have over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electrical engineering, data analysis, root cause analysis, and vehicle testing. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and multiple certifications in Excel and communication skills.I am passionate about improving processes, developing solutions, and sharing knowledge within my department and across the organization. I have successfully managed and maintained end-of-line test equipment, participated in overseas pilot vehicle builds, evaluated final quality conditions, and conducted quality meetings and audits. I have also implemented ergonomic safety improvements, developed specialized testing protocols, and created an interactive quality information board for executive management. I enjoy working with diverse teams and empowering them to grow and perform with the company's support.Occasionally, I stargaze from the backyard, mostly at the moon. I have focused mostly on the dreams and goals of my family, but now that they are older, I looking to recapture some of my own dreams.I am currently studying for the Certified Quality Engineer exam then onto a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics.
