I work directly with Architects, Surveying practices, Local Authorities and NHS Trusts and any others who require our expertise, offering the following services free of Charge. Roof inspection and reporting, Thermographic survey reporting Specification writing Budgeting Tender handling (where required), Project supervision (Site inspections are twice per week as a minimum), photographic progress reports. We take a unique approach to our business by providing a high level of service that supports the proper installation of our products. Our first step is to evaluate the current conditions, and make recommendations based on your needs, budgets and expectations. Recommendations range from semi-annual inspections, to repair, restoration and replacement. All services provided by Alumasc Ltd are done so at our cost. It is our way of assuring the proper use and installation of our materials, and ultimately fulfilling the full life expectancy of the roofing system. For every roofing contract, we provide a continual site inspections service free of charge because we have found that a key element to the success of any roof is supervision.
