Throughout my career, I have directed the daily operations of multiple teams and organizations to drive successful, safe, and secure mission execution. I consistently deliver meticulously organized and carefully planned training for up to 3K+ personnel. Providing guidance and oversight, I ensure compliance to all applicable local, state, federal, and Army regulations. As an operations manager and team leader, I create and execute individual leadership development plans for each team member. I communicate team expectations and provide frequent feedback to drive the execution of organizational standards. Demonstrating the ability to build trust and confidence across levels and functions, I liaise effectively with senior management to recommend process improvements. I creatively solve complex problems and employ critical thinking to make sound decisions by applying my strong analytical skills.
