Operating two Cold Process plants and one Cryo plant making NGL's and residue gas. I am intrinsically motivated and excel in my duties as a midstream gas plant Operator. I am driven, commitment to my responsibilities, and exceed expectations of my peers and supervisors. My attention to details and drive compel me to respond to the needs around me without being asked. When appropriate present solutions to those needs. This is the key to my success as a leader and those I serve. Possessing a detailed understanding of the processes enables me to ensure plants operates continuously, production is optimized, energy consumption is minimized. There is a great opportunity in me through my knowledgeable and experienced in Natural Gas compression, NGL plant processes, TEG and EG dehydration system, electric drive refrigeration compressors, pigging operations, and all aspect of maintenance repairs.
