I am the Reservoir Performance Global Supplier Manager for Field Equipment & Services. In my role, I work closely with the Reservoir Performance Division to ensure that we are bridging the Gap between the Suppliers and Schlumberger by ensuring that we maintain communication during the entire end-to-end process of procured goods & services. It is my job to-Monitor Spend with our Suppliers and ensure that agreed upon pricing has been followed -Ensure that our Statement of Accounts with the Suppliers are maintained and up to date with no issues in payment -Monitor and Align the Contract agreement with the Contract Department -Update Catalogs for Non-Inventory Items and Update Purchas Invoice Requisition for Inventory Items -Develop a Communication Plan and ensure all Supplier Contacts are up to date -Create a profile on Product & Service provided by suppliers and assessing supplier capabilities and proper capacity -Risk Monitoring through conducting regular Supplier Performance through Supplier Management Plan Tool -Define the development plan for each Supplier assigned -Supplier engagement through regular scheduled Quality Business Reviews and Audits
