Through our highly participative online meeting solutions, widespread organizations can easily engage the wisdom of their people in co-creating breakthrough solutions to urgent, complex problems. Online meetings and online conferences, done properly, can be just as effective and connective as in-person meetings. ElevateWork combines an empowering meeting methodology with online technology to completely change what it means to connect and collaborate online. Our team has been doing this for over 10 years. At WisdomWays, I mentor leaders in conscious life/work change and transformation. For many, in these disruptive times, life and work is very challenging to navigate. Others are being called from deep within themselves to find and step fully into their purpose, make a positive difference in the world, and live their legacy. Life mastery has never been more critical. Life mastery is about mastering your story instead of your story mastering you. I specialize in assisting people to shift their story of life by reprogramming limiting subconscious beliefs, and through shadow integration work. At the Peace Leaders Collaborative, our team engages with leaders and communities to transform and transcend current polarized cultures of fear and violence into cultures of peace. We are a diverse community of individuals and groups of Peace Leaders committed and even devoted to support each other in the practice of peace within, without, between and together for the world. Personally, I am highly spiritual and purpose/values driven. I also deeply care about the environment and how we interconnect as human beings through our culture and social systems. I believe that by connecting, collaborating and co-creating together, we have the opportunity to leave our world in a more loving and sustainable state for future generations.
