Experienced Senior Executive who’s currently the President and Director of Sales of a 30+ year old trade school. Over the past five years I have exponentially increased revenue by 110%, increased profitability margins by 30%, and creatively reinvented the culture of the company. During my tenure as President I have truly found out who I am, what I believe in, and what is important to me.which translates into building teams with purpose and giving employees the tools needed to grow both professionally and personally. I am the host of the "Stuff I'm Learning Podcast" where I interview guests in a variety of fields and share different things I'm learning as I stumble through life as a husband, dad, business executive, and very slow runner. I'm passionate about learning as much as I possibly can about life, love, business, and even donuts. Prior to my current position as President, I gained a ton of business experience as a Corporate Director in the medical device industry for more than 15 years. This time helped me grow as a leader and allowed me time to build skills in business planning, sales operations, sales forecasting, sales management, and high-level customer relationship management.
