Recently returned from the UAE to the UK. I am an enthusiastic and highly driven individual with 20 years of experience within the loss prevention, investigations and security sector. I have a proven track record of working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders within global retail organisations. I have successfully built loss prevention teams and have implemented systems and processes that have directly resulted in a reduction of internal and external revenue losses and theft. I am a selfless leader who believes in a strong team culture in order to succeed and adapt a coaching and mentoring management style. I have experience of working within the ever-changing retail landscape across the GCC, UK and Europe, and pride myself on producing results while handling sensitive investigations professionally and effectively. Proud to have served in the British Military for over 7 years, I take my work ethic from that ensuring all tasks are completed on time in full.
