I have a passion to inspire, encourage and motivate business leaders to see goals achieved and challenges overcome. At PA I work with organisations of all sizes in different industries: from financial services, defence and security, consumer and manufacturing, energy and utilities, healthcare and transport, specialising in driving positive cultural change and improving leadership behaviours using my vast leadership experience and qualifications. NatWest, I lead national projects and coaching Executive leaders encouraging self-reflection to preform at their best to successfully embed strategic principles. Helping this leader to embed improved leadership habits creating a learning culture to make the organisation a great place to work whilst delivering consistent results. Fully CEMAP qualified, I have passed the (Agile) Professional Scrum Master assessment and hold an Executive Coaching Diploma with the AOEC and Professional Banking Certificate. I am a qualified communication assessor for the Institute of Customer Service, this enables me to coach the most senior leaders to improve their customer service communication skills and accredit leaders working in the retail sector. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and am currently studying towards a 3 year Counselling diploma, this will broaden my coaching skills and will enable me to better understand how I can help people dealing with mental health issues. Improving their well being, relationships and joy for living. This learning with regular self-reflection helps me to better live out my purpose in life which is to support and encourage everyone that I coach, so that they can become the best version of themselves in order to achieve their personal and professional goals.
