Over 20 years involvement in behavioural safety programs, working in both corporate and operational/manufacturing environments. With a solid EHS background working at both an operational and strategic level with ability to influence and the capacity to engage audiences across all levels Have lead cultural change in highly unionised workforces at multiple sites while providing foundations for operational excellence. Process improvement activities with a lean, quality, DIFOT and safety focus. Coached frontline leadership and management groups in what "GOOD" safety leadership looks like. Focused on guiding principles and behaviour modifications rather than compliance while building capability in leaders at all levels. Continuous safety improvement activities using AS4801/ISO 18001 and harmonised laws across multi state jurisdictions. Development and monitoring of safety metrics to develop strategies for reduction in workplace incidents. Supported business units for major CAPEX projects Oil & Gas (Onshore and Offshore),Rail,Power Generation (Wind/Solar and thermal project support), Mining, Manufacturing,Steel, Paper and Timber, Food & Dairy and utilities sectors. Managed and lead incident investigation teams using ICAM and other processes. Responsible for injury management and RTW at site, state and national level.
