Life as the Director of Volume Clothing Ltd entails responsibility. Develop and implement strategic plans for my organization in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. I’m also responsible for the day-to-day operation of Volume clothing ltd, including managing my team and and developing business plans.I often find myself fulfilling a motivational role in addition to office-based work, motivate and mentor staff, and chair meetings.Apart from leading and directing Volume Clothing, I’m also responsible for developing Volume Clothing’s organizational culture, which includes budgeting company assets, and all other company resources, to help make the best use of them and raise the Volume’s profitability and profile.
