About Richard Stevens

I have been a proud Waste Management employee for 35 years. I spent my first seventeen years on the WM Collections side of our business in the Recycling Division. From there I went to WM Post Collection- Recycling Division as an Operations Manager and now currently a MRF Manager II at Cascade Recycling Center. I have extensive experience in the industry managing the recovery of recyclables, and the AI technology used to do so. With this technology WM is no longer a trash company but an environmental partner to the World. In my WM role I improve productivity and profitability, conduct business in the export and domestic markets. I also assist in the startup of new Recycling Plants, aid to other WM sites, and new businesses we acquire in our PNW Market Area to help coach/mentor our WM Operations, Strategies, and Procedures we use to achieve excellence.
