I’m a business development professional with over 15 years experience in improving business outcomes and relationships for corporations, industry associations, small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and Government at all levels. I am passionate about generating new business opportunities and increasing market share and brand penetration in business. I have recently completed postgraduate management study in aviation focussing on aviation business strategy, marketing and revenue growth opportunities for airports, both operational and non-aviation related. I have a proven track record in: • Sourcing and building new business relationships with corporate clients to maximise business revenues and client satisfaction. • Networking and presenting to senior corporate decision makers including airport, aviation and associated industry managers. • Analysing market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and countering competitive threats. • Using a variety of CRM systems, including Salesforce, to develop and manage the sales pipeline • Developing and implementing new business strategies through opportunity identification, concept development and market analysis through to program execution and performance evaluation. • Developing corporate sales and customer loyalty programs, including campaign development, from conception to program rollout.
