Hello, my name is Richard Thomas and I EMPOWER people to perform at their optimal level. I have been mentored by some of the world’s greatest leaders; coaches like Dave Lutes & Tom Ingles, both respectively High School Hall of Fame coaches; leaders like Don James (Hall of Fame coach with the University of Washington), Jim Lambright (a hall of fame coach at the UW), Al Lavan (Head coach Delaware, UW, Cowboys, 49ers, & Ravens) and Ted Marchibroda (first coach of Baltimore Ravens who also brought the Buffalo Bills to 4 straight super bowl appearances and gave Bill Belichick his first coaching position). Through these inspirational leaders I have learned the art of team work, personal and team excellence, and the art of fulfillment. In addition to great sports leaders, I have learned business strategies and techniques from some of the most innovative, trendsetting entrepreneurs, psychologist’s, leaders, and success coaches. This led me to professional and personal success, which allowed me to compete in the NFL & with the University of Washington Huskies; where I won a national championship, 3 Pac 10 titles, the most inspirational player award, team captain, and league honors. I now incorporate these success strategies to coach people to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. I empower them by developing their talent, skills and passion, which leads to competitive teams made up of elite performers and achievers. It is my belief that we can all improve, move towards, and become like that which we think about most. To achieve this, I motivate, mentor, and use simple materials to empower my audience to elevate their personal and corporate lives.
