I joined Venturi in 2015 and am now a Senior Principal Consultant on the Germany contract team. Raised in a bilingual environment, I speak both English and German fluently thanks to my family heritage. With a genuine passion for people and a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over my tenure, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards. My main focus and expertise have always been in the Data Analytics space, covering areas such as Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Cloud Data Platform, and Business Intelligence for contract hires. Additionally, I specialise in the areas of Software Development, DevOps, and all things Cloud Infrastructure. When I started my recruitment career at Venturi back in 2015, I helped build the Germany Contract Division and was the first person to focus on contract Germany. Since then, we have significantly expanded the team, both in our UK HQ and by founding Venturi Germany GmbH with its HQ in Düsseldorf, Germany. My personal track record is in delivering immediate and quality interim solutions, whether for a specific project, covering staff shortages while you search for a permanent solution, or providing niche expertise that is not otherwise available or easy to find.
