About Richard Varga

I have been working in the Automotive Industry for more than 5 years now, first at Valeo, in Veszprem and now at Bourns KFT, Ajka, Hungary. I work as an Industrial Engineer Expert. My job is to improve anything Digital in the factory: End of Line Testers, PLCs, Cameras, Robots. I improve machine efficiencies, reduce cycle times or create stand-alone tester devices from scratch. I am also responsible for creating industrial standards, write EOLT specifications and do Factory Acceptance Tests for the Project team. I am that Guy you call when you cannot solve something, as I do the impossibles in 1 day, miracles in 5. I'm an End of Line Tester expert, NI Teststand expert (both user and developer point of view), I have an advanced practical level of NI Labview and a Basic knowledge of C programming. Since I am working with Electronics, I have a good understanding of electronic hardware & software, and I excel in debugging them. I am not afraid of traveling; in fact, I crave it. I had to travel to Ireland, Germany and Italy as part of my job. As an example, I have spent a total of 131 days abroad in 2022. Some times, even alone. During my studies, I also visited the United States of America. I have spent 2 summers in Camp Ozark, Arkansas as a support staff member. As a person, I'm a quick learner, an out-going and fun guy. Due to this, it is easy for me to get along with people and I can easily make new friends. I always try to see the positive side of everything. I'm solution-oriented and have high level of problem solving skills. I like to work in smaller groups as they are more manageable.
