About Richard Wallace

Following an international education, Richard returned to the UK to study architecture and registered professionally in 2017. With previous experience at Murphy Philips Architects he largely worked in the healthcare sector completing a number of award winning projects. He has also been involved in voluntary work, including the refurbishment of a school in Recife, Brazil. Joining Benedetti Architects following success with McDowell & Benedetti Architects, Richard has worked on a multitude of housing projects varying from urban scale masterplan to high density mixed use to luxury private residential. He has also been involved in bridge design and local urban improvement projects. Following an opportunity to work in the US, Richard now directs a property management company based in the Orlando area. Fairways provides premium vacation villa rentals, comprehensive home-care services and property improvement / development. Outside the office Richard is a keen cyclist, enjoys expedition canoeing and plays the keyboard. He also takes any opportunity to travel, speaks French and has basic proficiency in Flemish and Spanish.
