Richelle is a Certified Human Resource Professional who is passionate about people-first HR practices with over ten years in organizational effectiveness which include HR consulting, Employee engagement, recognition programming and most recently Diversity and Inclusion. Double threat with a Masters in Communication and Bachelors Degree in Human Resources who gains immediate trust as a Strategic Partner. Her Masters in Communication allows her to implement effective change management strategies that are seamless for organizational effectiveness. Values impacting employees first, always. As a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Champion & Advocate she has recently designed, delivered and implemented the Government of Alberta's Diversity and Inclusion action plan. She considers herself persuasive, influential and has contributed to large organizational transformational projects that have increased culture and engagement results.
