I spent over a decade climbing the corporate ladder, eventually leading teams across the Asia Pacific region. But before that? I sat in the back seat allowing things to happen to me. Head down. Working hard. Too afraid to speak up. Too focused on what others thought of me. Outside of work, I was coping through habits that numbed rather than helped. Slowly draining my physical, mental, and spiritual health. I was desperate for change. The late career transformation came from working within myself. I began operating with self-belief, assertiveness and boldness. The promotions followed. But no matter how far I got, something was still missing. The titles looked good on paper, but didn’t feel meaningful. Then in 2020, with the world facing a pandemic, I got to work Which for me, meant needing to say goodbye to alcohol. And through that journey, I was finally able to answer "Who am I, really?""What do I want?"
