About Richmond Baning Yeboah

I am an academic support and research professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning publishing, information science, and user experience. As a Website Administrator and Research Support Assistant in the Office of the Provost at McGill University, I contributed to both administrative and academic initiatives that enhance institutional effectiveness and student learning. Currently I am teaching Information Behaviour & Resource at McGill University. My experience includes- Supporting course delivery and design as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for “Managing Information Organizations.” - Providing technical and pedagogical support as a Remote Learning Assistant - Conducting user experience research during my internship at Concordia University’s Library- Assisting in teaching and research across publishing and business disciplines at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology, education, and research, and I thrive in roles that require collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to student success. My goal is to continue contributing to academic environments that foster inclusive learning and impactful research.
