About Rick Arkell

I provide comprehensive real estate services in Cowlitz County for both first-time homebuyers and homeowners who have owned multiple properties. I’ve successfully sold more than 250 Longview area homes in the span of 9 years. My expertise in local area real estate and my personalized attention to detail with clients ensures a smooth listing and closing process. Out of my commitment to build lifelong connections and serve the local community, I created The Next Step Foundation. This non-profit organization helps career-aspiring and goal-oriented students – whose limited financial resources may otherwise prevent them from continuing education beyond high school – reach their full academic potential. As a result, I’m pledging a portion of my real estate commissions to fund this scholarship program designed to remove the financial barriers to higher education for Cowlitz County students. To date The Next Step Foundation has donated over The mission of the Arkell Properties & The Next Step Foundation is two-fold. First, we’re giving students an opportunity to continue to learn, grow, and control their future. And next, we’re providing an opportunity for my Real Estate clients to indirectly give back to the community while supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. With your help, we can improve and enhance the quality of lives in Cowlitz County, one student at a time.
