Call Center Services participates in the Accounts Receivable Management Industry through the representation of call centers, collection agencies, debt buyers and other service providers. Having accumulated significant experience on both the hiring and servicing side of credit and collections our model is designed to get it right the first time by identifying the best fit for an issuer, debt buyer or other debt owner based on their needs. This process involves listening to the client and understanding their needs. It is enhanced by our deep knowledge of the servicing industry and understanding the varying skill sets and dynamics of the service providers. Our servicing partners include top performers in a variety of business segments. This is by design and diligent effort. We only recruit those servicing partners that have proven their value and integrity. It doesn’t end there, we continually monitor installed programs with an eye towards constantly enhancing performance. Since 2008 we have installed servicing partners in both first-party and third-party environments with great success resulting in multiple programs fulfilled for multiple clients. We are proud of the level of repeat business we receive from our end-user clients. There is no one size fits all solution. By representing service providers across a variety of skill sets we are able to provide the right fit with demonstrated experience and performance.
