I work in the OCI Data Catalog team and own the Control Plane and Observability components enabling the DCAT service to meet operational excellence KPIs. I drive multiple critical OCI Platform Integration initiatives through the year and also work on identifying and reduce tech debt and improve service resilience by tackling multiple hard problems that the service was facing. I've pitched in to solve customer issues, be it internal customers (partner services) or external ones. I've mentored multiple engineers across IDC and the US. I've also focussed on engineering community participation in multiple ways, most significantly by being a member of the OCI Global API Review Board. Innovation is an area I'm deeply interested in and I participated in the OraHacks 2024 and built a GenAI-powered chatbot that helps engineers navigate complex operational processes. Worked in the Platform Development Team, Ariba. Worked on Apt - Yahoo!'s Premium Advertising Exchange for Display Advertising. Responsibilities include the design and development of features for components that make up the exchange. I was part of the team that created IBM Team Webtop, a Collaborative Application Lifecycle Management Tool that brings in three disciplines - Requirements Management, Change Management & Modelling into one integrated view & delivers it using a zero foot print thin client in the form of an Enterprise Mashup. I was part of a team that worked on a new Distributed Requirements Management Product - DOORSXT. Involved in the IBM Jazz Integration Platform development. Specialties: Experience in both IT Services & Product Development, Experience with various types of processes from ISO to Agile, Experience with jump starting products from scratch. Experience in diverse domains - eGovernance, Product and Application Lifecycle Management Tools, Advertising Technology
