Leadership Philosophy - It is my belief that capitalizing on the potential of individuals is the best method for an organization to achieve its goals and ultimately be successful. To accomplish that, I will incorporate the philosophies of a “servant” leader to the best of my abilities: Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations, and ultimately creates a more just and caring world. A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. Lastly, the servant-leader shares power; puts the needs of others first; and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. As a leader, I am not above the team, but here to help them succeed personally and professionally. I will use my knowledge and skills to create a better work environment by listening and providing solutions. I am extremely competitive and expect the same commitment to winning that I display. I will provide my team with all of the tools and resources needed; I will look out for them and provide clear expectations and direction. We will strive to be the best and achieve the results expected of us. I value loyalty, work ethic, integrity, teamwork, and competence. You should not expect anything less than for me to lead by example. We will work hard together to achieve the goals of the organization. We must understand our individual roles and how we contribute to the organization as a whole.
