With over two decades of experience in retail and technology, I specialize in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. As the Vice President of Customer Success for Store Intelligence at SymphonyAI, I lead a remote team across North America to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Through implementing customer feedback systems, we achieved a 25% improvement in customer satisfaction scores and increased upsell opportunities. Before SymphonyAI, I served as Vice President of Customer Success at ReTech Labs, Inc, where I similarly led efforts that significantly improved customer retention and satisfaction. My career includes 14 years at SAS Retail Services (Advantage Solutions), where I held various leadership roles such as Regional Vice President, Program Director, Director of National Projects, and Operations Manager. In these positions, I honed my skills in leadership development, strategic planning, and operational excellence. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Portland State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Portland Community College.
