About Rick Blain

I’m passionate about technology and people. I’m a Desktop Support Supervisor with nearly 30 years’ experience leading systems administration and desktop computer support for diverse organizations, including government, military and enterprise. I bring to the table nearly 10 years’ experience in lead and service technician roles, installing servers, providing computer support, performing system migrations, leading project upgrades and support, and collaborating with the C-Suite and fellow employees. I have demonstrated a remarkable ability to work cross-departmentally to mitigate IT issues, solve technology problems and lead stakeholders through technical issues with focus on outstanding customer service and satisfaction. I am a typical nerd. I love Star Wars and video games. I listen to audio-books while I drive and am currently hooked on the Expeditionary Force books. I am also a huge fan of the Fallout games and am currently playing Fallout 76.
