About Rick Bosl

Hi, I’m Rick Bosl. I’ve dedicated my entire career to helping people find their next move while creating the future they’ve always imagined. First, as a consultant to small startups & Fortune 50 firms, and now, as the Owner of Magnet Realty Group and Managing Broker at KW Metro Center, a Keller Williams Realty franchise with over 400 agents. With more than 20 years of real estate experience and well over $100 million in sales, I’m a seasoned expert who understands the nuances of connecting people and properties. For me, real estate isn’t about making deals — it’s about making a difference. I never forget that there is a human element involved. Whether you’re a first time buyer or an owner ready to downsize, my mission is to be a true advocate for every client — listening to your needs while guiding you through complex transactions without the stress or surprises. From pricing to negotiation to marketing and any service in-between, my promise is to go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
