For most, electric motor sales might not sound exciting, but for me, it’s living the dream—especially in my current role at WEG Electric Company, where I focus on account management and new business development. With a seasoned mid-level career in electric motor manufacturing and industrial distribution, I manage OEM, distribution, and end-user market channels with a proven track record. In my first two years at WEG, I’ve achieved double-digit growth, leveraging deep industry insights to forge strategic partnerships that deliver results. I have achieved 4x growth of the units sold in my territory in less than 10 years! My ability to diagnose problems and streamline procurement processes has been key to this success. Previously, I served as General Manager at Applied Industrial Technologies, leading marketing, sales, and business development across southeast Colorado. This built on my earlier roles as Account Manager and inside sales at companies like MSC Industrial Supply, HD Supply, and Home Depot, where I honed skills in territory planning and developing customer relationships. These experiences have shaped my market understanding—from logistics and pricing to competitive trends. I’m driven by the challenge of enhancing facility operations and cutting costs for clients while empowering teams to exceed goals.
