About Rick Bryson

Rick N. Bryson has assisted clients with their legal needs and taught students and other lawyers for over thirty years. He has headed up his law firm's Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation practice for twenty years and previously has served as Vice-President of his firm. He is dedicated to understanding and serving his clients' legal needs in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, employment, contract, trade secret, patent infringement, trademark infringement, noncompete agreements, insurance and business law. Rick's professional motto:"The law is a service profession." Rick has received Martindal Hubbell's Highest "AV" rating for competence and professionalism, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Phoenix Chapter's Distinguished Service Award and has repeatedly been named a Super Lawyer Southwest and a Top Lawyer by the Arizona Business Magazine. Rick has chaired and taught numerous legal education seminars at the national, state and local levels. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Adjunct Instructor of Law at ASU Law School and at Benedictine University, Judicial Law Clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Federal Junior Fellow at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Chairman of the Litigation Section of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Chairman of the ABA YLD Citizenship Education Committee, President of the Arizona Management Society, Co-Founder and President of the Single Moms Foundation of Arizona and in many other charitable and leadership capacities. Some of his most rewarding professional service has been as a Mock Trial Coach for an inner-city high school mock trial team and as a judge and lecturer for the high school Constitution competitions.
