Experienced (more than 21 years) utility expert with a passion for analytics, process improvement, compliance, team management and improvement and overall (internal and external) customer satisfaction. I have worked in various international organisations in both consulting and utilities. Main areas of interest have always been optimisation of processes, data, analytics, compliance, team leadership, including coaching. Next, I’ve been the sparring partner of (senior) management in the area of the market model, compliance and process improvements in the utility industry in The Netherlands. Hands on and pragmatic and I’m also aware of the formal lines. Analytical very strong. I’m able to speak to both developers and senior management, understand their needs and am able to help them solve the issues, and all levels in between. Next I am an easy to talk to people manager who manages his stakeholders intensively. Key business achievements include implementation of various projects as project manager with very short timelines. Reduction of backlogs in processes in such a way that costs could be reduced by more than 10%. Improved work load of teams up to 80% by implementing hands-on tools and ways of working. Structuring team backlogs and prioritisation of work, leading to shorter lead times of RFC's, issues and projects (number of issues and RFC's in the installed base reduced with 90% in 6 months). In the middle of implementing DevOps leading to even shorter lead times of major projects, while in the same time reducing the number of issues and needed RFC's Quick learner, result driven, creative, pragmatic, open minded, persevering, people manager.
