I partner with clients in manufacturing industries to apply digital strategies and technologies for creating Smart Factories. I lead integrated teams to drive step change performance improvements in plants by applying Industrial Internet of Things, cloud, advanced analytics, human experience, and talent and organization transformation. I have a comprehensive understanding of the use of digital technologies from the “shop floor to the top floor” and from new product introduction through product obsolescence. I began my career in shop floor automation and controls and man-machine interfaces and then progressed into the enterprise business and information technology domain. Now, I get the opportunity to return to working in plants delivering capabilities I could only dream of earlier in my career. I am a management consultant and information technology professional with 30 years of experience in strategy, management, business development, solutions development, architecture, program and project management, application development, operations, and application support. I have partnered with companies in the following manufacturing industries to increase business performance: Industrial Machinery and Components, High Tech, Chemicals, Energy, Utilities, Medical Devices, Automotive, and Beverage. My experience includes working both for and with many prominent multinational organizations both in industry and consulting roles.
