I believe that companies thrive when everyone knows where they’re going and how they’re going to get there. An accomplished and highly effective manager in my own right, I have proven experience in walking what I talk. As Director of RED Strategy Group Australia, I’m able to combine my business experience with an effective strategy process to help companies create, align with, and execute a winning strategy. Having originally seen RED Strategy implemented firsthand 13 years ago, I have operated first as a client, then facilitator, and now implementer of the RED Strategy process. I have spent the last 16 years in various management roles, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations management, as well as roles including General Manager and Managing Director, primarily within the manufacturing and mining sectors. I now enjoy working as an entrepreneur and innovator, bringing new products and services to established global markets. I am passionate about helping SMEs and large companies succeed by guiding them to develop robust and effective strategies that improve the business’ bottom line.
