About Rick Copas

Rick is based in the Everett, WA area and is an active member of both the American Legion and the Marine Corps League. With over 40 years of global experience in aerospace manufacturing, Rick has expertise in a wide range of areas, including CNC machining, core-milling, ultrasonic and 5-axis waterjet trimming, drilling/filling, NDI, ATL/AFP, barrel assembly, laser scribing, and CO2 laser ablation. He has made significant contributions to major programs such as the 787 and JSF, and has also been involved in numerous manufacturing, tooling, and assembly efforts for 737, A320, A380, E2, F16, and F18 aircraft. In the latter part of his career, Rick focused on proprietary aerospace materials development and worked with digital, RF, and fiber optic cabling for aerospace and space programs. In his current role, Rick leads business development and sales efforts for the North Central and Northwest regions of the U.S, as well as for all Western Canada. Outside of his professional life, Rick enjoys hiking and fishing in the Pacific Northwest, where he takes full advantage of the region’s natural beauty and outdoor opportunities.
