Rick is an experienced, HR executive business partner with over 10 years of experience in large, global companies. A combination of Staffing Leadership, Executive and Technical Recruiting, with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Proven track record at several Global Companies. His expertise includes assisting senior executives in leading effective organizations and driving business transformations. He brings a seasoned track record of success and experience across a wide range of strategic HR issues including talent management, HR Analytics and integrated headcount tracking/workforce planning. He is recognized for his business acumen, operations mindset, and ability to link business strategy to people plans, meet deadlines and achieve results. He has operated effectively at various levels of complex organizations. Currently Rick leads an engineering Talent Acquisition team @ ZeepTek where he has been working since March 2012. In this role Rick is responsible for reporting on a varied set of business unit HR Analytics developed for senior executive staff review, as well as managing a team of recruiting professionals in support of the ZeepTek leadership team, functions and businesses.
