I been in the contact center business since 1998 when my partners and I opened up Orlando Promotions Inc. selling time shares for the Orlando area. I stayed with the time share business until 2007 when I moved down to El Salvador and started working with Dell, El salvador. I was the lead for their Total Solutions program which is a revenue generating program for their Consumer Techinical Support BL and I trained all 250 + agents and turned them into the leading site world wide in opportunistic sales, also piloted the 2 teams which started the trend of selling full systems in CTS. Moved on to a small call center Benson Communications which had a little over 100 agents and expanded them to over 900 agents in 3 buildings and 2 cities. Moved on to Simerco and now with my incredible team we are expanding Simerco with our new account and we expect a growth of 200 seats by early next year. Currently working with SkyCom Latin America and we are in serious growth mode, after joining forces with APEX & BPC SV we are bringing in a wide range of solutions for any vertical. We are quickly becoming an industry leader with a expanding global footprint to bring quality services anywhere. Continuing my career path I teamed up with SkyCom and I am currently leading the Business Development team and had the pleasure of signing 10 new clients to our organization so far in 2017. With our healthcare division concentrating in end to end Revenue Cycle management we will be leading the way in nearshore centers for years to come.
