I am a globally experienced Finance Industry senior leader with proven capabilities to deliver outstanding turnaround and risk management outcomes particularly for distressed assets in high pressure scenarios. I have a proven capacity to develop clear business strategies in high stress, complex situations. This is underpinned by an ability to work effectively across enterprises to develop clear business strategies and through having influence and impact at senior executive, Board and external stakeholder levels. These capabilities were highlighted in my role in developing and delivering the NAB divestment strategy for its UK CRE portfolio. I have a strong focus on delivering financial risk mitigation outcomes with a demonstrated capacity to drive positive financial & non financial outcomes in stressed scenarios. I am able to provide clear sighted advice & decisions cutting through to key business strategic issues. These skills were evidenced through ten years of senior leadership roles with NAB’s complex credit workout team. I am a balanced and calm leader focussed on building team capabilities to deliver under stress. I have an ability to transition rapidly between strategic and detailed/operational aspects of an issue. I am able to deliver ongoing clarity of purpose across teams to deliver outcomes and I lead with integrity, empathy and focus on positive culture to drive accountability for self & team. This was evidenced by leadership of 200+ bankers in UK CRE role enabling refocus on change strategy. I possess end to end problem solving capabilities delivering positive outcomes with proven capabilities throughout the turnaround process. I have strong diagnostic capabilities of underlying business issues and strategic risks linked to an appetite and capacity for detailed options assessment, stakeholder engagement and delivery. This was highlighted through my role in coordinating and leading 8 global banks through a major global workout.
