I am retired military with 16 years’ experience in fixed station and tactical microwave communication systems at tier1, tier2, and tier3 technical abilities. I am currently employed by CenturyLink as an "APS"(area plant supervisor). I was initially hired by USWest to isolate and repair DS0 circuits using remote test access systems. After three years, I was awarded Presidents Club honors. Since then I have managed a call center, remote testers for DS1 and DS3 systems, and for 20 years managed field crews that install and maintain field crews that install and maintain everything from POTS and DSL to fiber optic systems. I have managed high profile technical accounts including Microsoft and Boeing. I have an outstanding ability to build relationships and create synergies with key departments and stakeholders. I am a problem solver with project management and communication skills.
