He was called on by the global President of IKON Office Solutions, Inc. to address deficiencies in the go to market approach of specific service offerings. IKON began to flourish in those areas. At Danka he was called on by their global President and CEO with similar results. In less that one year at Danka’s local failing branch took to the #1 branch in profit generation and #2 in revenue in a 13 state region. Founded Fleck Office Technologies with a business strategy of helping customers at no fee to them. As Branch General Manager at Konica Minolta he took a start-up branch from a ranking on 80 to a ranking of 65th in its first year. As a senior manager he led Computer Support Services to double its profitability in four months while showing them how to help secure the company from many risks.
