About Rick Fox

I have almost eights years of experience as an executor of disability claim policies. Claim management has influenced my ability to interpret legal terms and conditions, act as a direct source of information and communication, and sharpen my communication skills. After approximately three to four years of front-end claim management, I was able to transition into the last level claim management which involves heavy work with attorneys in all manners. I am highly skilled in providing excellent customer service both written and orally. Over the last three years, I have also developed skills related to process/program management in terms of identifying issues, researching solutions, and providing answers to those who need them.I am well-traveled and have experienced exposure to various parts of the globe. To the table, I bring an open mind and an understanding that every person can contribute something unique to any given situation.
