Strong financial skills gained through a chartered accountant background, 7 years experience in CFO roles. • Managed complex governance structures and JV agreements with challenging investment partners in Spark’s investment companies with minimal issues or disputes. • Delivered consistently good results and outcomes in terms of distributions, asset base growth and share price growth, as well as safe operations and network reliability. • Experienced in many different complex transactions including unsolicited take-overs, acquisitions, corporate restructures, and many different types of equity and debt raisings. • Manages relationships and works productively with a range of key stakeholders including Boards, JV partners, investors, financial markets and AssetCo CEO’s. • Builds and leads strong and effective management teams.
