About Rick Fritz

I had the fortune to have been raised by my Grandparents in a small steel town named Ironton Ohio. My Grandparents both experienced living during the Great Depression of 1929 and adopted many of their philosophies about money from that experience. They both worked hard and knew how to get the most from every dollar earned. I was blessed to have them both as role models during my younger and impressionable life. They taught me the values of hard work, care for family, and saving for a day in the future. Unfortunately, they never made a lot money, were able to save much, or plan much for their own futures because of their love for family. They raised two sets of kids during their married life of 66 years. Their focus was always on others, something I admire to this day! Those early years formed and shaped the person I am today thanks to my grandparents guidance. The constant reminders about working hard, having good habits, and striving to always be or getting better than I was the day before, has attributed to the person I have become, thanks to my Grandparents. This upbringing inspired me to pursue a career in the Financial Services Industry. Serving others, care for family, and goal achievement are cornerstones for my career and what it has stood for the past 34 years. The ability to help others plan for their tomorrows by looking at today could impact others in a profound way. I witnessed my Grandparents live their lives the best they could and cared for their family. This time during my upbringing had a great influence on me. This time taught me the importance of family, community, and helping others. My wife of 34 years, Lisa, and I have lived in the Columbus Ohio Metropolitan area for the last 16 years along with our two daughters, Sophia (24) and Ellena (20). We enjoy traveling together, dining out with family, trips to the Zoos, and going to Disney. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and the outdoors in general.
