I have been on a journey of self-development and self-improvement for over 31 years now. That is how long I have been in recovery and I am grateful that it has given me the opportunity to learn about self and others in meaningful ways. I am a 56 year old First Nations’ man from the Haida nation. I was born and raised in Nanaimo in a non- First Nations household.
