Employed in the manufacturing and Non-Destructive testing industry since 2001, in various positions and roles, including Operations Manager, Account Manager, Office Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Familiar with heat treating, non-destructive testing, leak detection and repairs, planning and scheduling inspections, and calibration and monitoring of equipment. In the past year, I have been responsible for the Quality Assurance Program, with responsibilities including, coordinating audits for on the job quality performance, performing internal system audits, reviewing and approving internal corrective action reports and maintaining regional statistics and preparing monthly reports. Experienced as Office Manager for 12 years, with duties including, processing weekly payroll, providing weekly Profit and Loss reports to the Manager, assist in completing End of Month closing, responsible for interviewing and hiring as well as Drug Testing procedures for new hires and training. Since 2015, through my employment with Mistras Group, have worked in conjunction with Northrop Grumman Quality Group for the Artemis Rocket Program. Providing certification of technicians and ensuring delivery of calibrated and certified equipment to be used for rocket booster inspections. Possess NASA clearance and credentials. Skilled in various software applications including MS Office, Excel and Power Point, Learning Center Software, and all available office equipment. OSHA Certified. Hold a current and clear Florida Driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish.
