As a Program Manager/Site Lead/Supervisor, and Logistic Manager, I offer a mind set in analytical thinking, knowledge in establishing the right priorities as required by any organization, support all external customers gaining their trust and confidence, and maximizing internal employee capabilities. I have the knowledge and experience to successfully engage and ascertain higher levels of success in the areas of logistics supply chain management, warehouse operations and supervision, fleet equipment maintenance operations, and electronic maintenance repair and facility management. I have successfully managed, supervised, and improved areas of safety, quality assurance quality control, logistical planning, maintenance support operations, and contractor programs via Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen (continuous improvements), and other type methodologies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and continual process improvements of programs under my areas of responsibilities. I have been a regular consultant in matters of logistics and maintenance sought out by the agencies of Army Installation Directorate of Logistics, Logistics Support Element, CECOM, TACOM, and NETCOM (G4). Provided expert knowledge and experience to Army Sustainment Command (ASC), Army Material Command (AMC), and Army units at all levels referencing logistics/supply chain management and maintenance operations and planning.
